| Wizz Air expands its route network from Bratislava to three destinations |

| Wizz Air is expanding its network of regular flights from Bratislava to three new destinations. From October 2026, passengers from the Slovak capital will also be able to fly to Agadir in Morocco, Hurghada in Egypt and the capital of Azerbaijan Baku. The carrier confirmed this on Thursday, saying that it currently operates flights from Slovakia to 35 destinations in 15 countries.
“Wizz Air plans to operate the first flights from Bratislava to the new destinations from October 25, with flights to all three cities operating twice a week,” the carrier announced. It will fly to Agadir year-round on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and to Hurghada on Mondays and Fridays.
“In the case of Baku, the flight schedule will differ in the winter and summer seasons. During the colder months, flights will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In the summer, flights will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays,” Wizz Air explained.
Agadir is located on the Atlantic Ocean, has sandy beaches and a coastal promenade. For example, the city has the Souk El Had market and the viewpoint at Kasbah Agadir Oufella. The nearby town of Taghazout is famous for surfing.
Hurghada is one of the most popular resorts on the Red Sea, mainly for its stable weather, many hotels, and snorkeling and diving. In addition to the beach, it also offers trips to the Sahara Desert, quad biking, visits to Bedouin camps, or evening programs in the port and the old quarter of El Dahar.
Baku combines the historic core of Icherisheher, listed on the UNESCO list, with modern architecture, a promenade along the Caspian Sea, and a culture influenced by the Silk Road, Persia, the Caucasus, and the post-Soviet space.
