| Inflation in Lithuania accelerates to highest level in almost three years |

| Consumer prices in Lithuania accelerated in June to their highest level in almost three years. Housing costs in particular accelerated significantly. Data from the Lithuanian Statistical Office was published by the tradingeconomics portal.
Consumer prices in Lithuania increased by 5.7% in June compared to the same period last year, after a 5.5% increase in the previous month. The June figure represents the highest inflation since September 2023.
The most significant contributors to this were housing and related energy costs. They increased by 12% year-on-year in June, while the previous month inflation reached 8.3%. The growth in healthcare costs also accelerated. They increased by 3.6% in May and 3.8% in June.odkaz na stránku |
